Reducing your upper back and shoulder pain with a band

A very important exercise we use with all our members is the band pull apart.


This simple movement can relieve pain in your upper back, shoulders, and thoracic spine and is great for those of you who suffer from tension headaches.


All you need is a resistance band - follow along with our video below.
