(If you wanted to learn at a club or class, you would be holding pads for a partner!).

Muay Thai personal training is a safe, fun way to train - you learn something every session, get great cardiovascular benefits, and depending on how far you want to take it, learn a little bit about fighting as well!

James has worked with both amateur and professional fighters, has trained numerous times in Thailand and even fought there himself. A long time martial arts enthusiast, he first started Muay Thai at the age of 17 and has been training ever since. When he first went to Kuwait as a personal trainer, his sole job was to hold pads and work with general trainees and fighters alike. He is always happy to help you work on your technique and improve, as well as giving you a great workout at the same time.
